Where best to live near Cranleigh school?

Hi we are probably relocating to AD in the summer and my kids will most probably be going to Cranleigh. We want to live close to school but property on Saadiyat itself seems limited and very expensive. Where are popular and convenient areas to live that are within easy reach of Saadiyst island? Thanks in advance.
