Here are all the roads which will be affected so that you can plan your route accordingly

In the coming day’s motorists in Dubai will have to adjust their routes. Dubai’s annual cycling competition, the Dubai Tour is back with numerous roads being closed for the event.
According to a statement made by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) roads in Jumeirah, Al Wasl, Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and a number of other main routes will be affected during the cycling competition. Some roads will only be closed for approximately an hour while others will be closed for the whole day.
The Dubai Tour is a professional, international cycling competition that will be hosted from February 6th – February 10th, 2018. Cyclists are expected to cover a total of 870 km during the five day event as they cycle from Dubai to other emirates throughout the different stages.
Stage 1: Tuesday, February 6th
- Start: Skydive Dubai at King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street
- Finish: Palm Jumeirah
- Emirates visited: Dubai
- Total distance covered: 167 kms
The following roads will be closed:
- 11:00 am – 11:40 am Umm Suqeim Street
- 11:10 am – 12:00 pm Al Khail Road
- 11:20 am – 12:10 pm Motor City Streets
- 11:30 am – 12:45 pm Al Quadra Road
- 12:10 pm -1:20 pm Al Quadra Road
- 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road

Stage 2: Wednesday, February 7th
- Start: Skydive Dubai at King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street
- Finish: Al Quawasim Corniche Rd. RAK
- Emirates visited: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah
- Total distance covered: 190 kms
The following roads will be closed:
- 10:15 am – 10:55 am Umm Suqeim Street
- 10:20 am – 11:10 am Al Khail Street
- 11:15 am – 12:30 pm Emirates Road

Stage 3: Thursday, February 8th
- Start: Skydive Dubai at King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street
- Finish: Corniche Rd. Fujairah
- Emirates visited: Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Fujairah
- Total distance covered: 190 kms
The following roads will be closed:
- 10:50 am – 11:20 pm Umm Suqeim Road
- 11:00 am – 11:45 am Al Khail Road

Stage 4: Friday, February 9th
- Start: Skydive Dubai at King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street
- Finish: Hatta Dam
- Emirates visited: Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah
- Total distance covered: 172 kms
The following roads will be closed:
- 10:30 am – 11:40 am Umm Suqeim Street
- 11:00 am – 12:10 pm Al Khail Road

Stage 5: Saturday, February 10th
- Start: Skydive Dubai at King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street
- Finish: City Walk
- Emirates visited: Dubai
- Total distance covered: 132 kms

- 11:50 pm – 12:30 pm Umm Suqeim Street
- 12:00 pm – 12:40 pm Al Khail Road 1
