Here's how much more you can expect to pay to fuel up your car.
It's been confirmed! For motorists in the emirates, it'll cost a little extra to pump up your vehicle this month, as UAE fuel prices will increase for August 2024.
The news came from the UAE Ministry of Energy, who announce the fuel prices of the following month on the last day of the current month. The cost of gas will be set after officials monitor the average global prices of fuel.
All of the new petrol and diesel prices for August includes the 5% VAT.
What are the UAE fuel prices for 2024?
These are UAE's new petrol costs, effective from August 1 - 31, 2024.
- Super 98 will be priced at AED 3.05 per litre, previously AED 2.99 in July.
- Special 95 will cost AED 2.93 per litre, compared to AED 2.88 per litre last month.
- The price of Diesel will increase from AED 2.89 per litre up to AED 2.95 in August.
