October is here; the pink-tinted month when hearts beat a little louder, awareness blooms a little brighter, and early detection becomes our shared, unspoken anthem.
If you’re in the UAE and wondering where you can head for a free breast cancer screening in 2025, here’s your streamlined guide including free screenings, free mammograms, locations, dates, and timings, to help you take one of the most loving steps you can for yourself or a woman you care about.
The power of early detection in breast cancer can’t be overstated: it often means more treatment options, better outcomes, and less invasive interventions. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, these initiatives across the UAE rally to bring the screening services out of hospitals and into community spaces, making them more accessible, visible, and inviting than ever.
1. Pink Caravan Mobile Clinics
If you've been in the UAE long enough, you’ve probably seen these cheerful pink trucks before. They’re back! The Pink Caravan mobile units will be making their way across all seven emirates throughout October, offering free clinical breast exams, mammograms, and ultrasounds. There will be fixed clinics and a fleet of mini to large mobile units roaming across 86+ locations across the UAE, bringing free screenings and educational workshops.

2. Battle Cancer Challenge, The Sevens (Dubai)
Fitness meets awareness at this annual event, and this year a Pink Caravan mobile clinic will be on-site to offer free screenings for both participants and visitors. The Battle Cancer Challenge in Dubai invites people nationwide to partake in a fitness challenge and help raise funds for the 'FOCP x Battle Cancer 2025' campaign through YallaGive, the Middle East's first-ever licensed online fundraising platform.
