I had the same pleasure of event last month
Had the morning on the beach with my family and my visiting family (brothers, wives et al), then hired a boat from Marina Yacht Club (from cobone.com or gonabit, not sure which) for a couple of hours - had the boat drop us all off at the Jetty Lounge at One and Only and then dinner on the beach at Beach Bar and Grill.
Right nice, perfect number of people and most memorable.
