Anyone been to Yalumba brunch lately?

Has anyone been lately? We went a few years back and found it to be the best crazy party brunch but haven't been for ages since having a baby, becoming old, etc. We have visitors coming who would like a champagne brunch with a very festive atmosphere, do you know if it is still as popular / good? If not, where would you go? I don't think these guests are necessarily looking for the fab food Fairmont experience, more the dancing on tables sort of thing.
Thanks!

I went early Jan and it was great. I love the a la carte menu and the service was quick. There was no dancing on tables but there was lots of dancing! There were only a few small tables with noone at them.

Went the Friday before last (3rd time) and it was SO quiet! Reckon it was only about 60% full - but then again probably as it was early Jan so everyone still watching their wallets/waists after christmas... Plus there were some really really drunk people there which spoilt it a bit - not pleasant when a guy throws up in the middle of the outdoor bar area afterwards!

That was the place that the s-on-the-beach girl started her partying on that fateful day

Thanks! Wasn't sure if it was still a good party.

Definitely the right choice then - another option, but no where near as good, but loud and dancy is saffron at Atlantis Hotel
