Hi sophia. Sorry to be so late in replying. Just yesterday I kept getting a popup saying that I had a bunch of viruses and trojans. I have McAfee Antivirus, so I checked it and it looked good. Stupid me, only after the fact did I figure out that this is a virus similar to one I had before. It wouldn't shut down and it kept asking me for a payment and wouldn't let me select "Deny". I restarted a couple of times last night and it kept shutting my laptop down. It came up again this morning, but now it seems to have stopped. I hope all is OK as I'm pretty useless at this stuff. Now back to your question, something I learned from a tecchie quite a few years ago: legit sites, such as for banks or anything that needs security, will have a web address that begins with https: rather than just http:. The S stands for secure. I know it seems after the fact, but these things tend to come up every so often. So, when you go on to your online banking or cc sites, check for this. It will be there.

Check every account you have that could have been linked to yoour GMAIL account. Check Gmail from your Ipad and see if there is a number you could call for advice/report of incident. Sadly there isn't and it's useless trying to get hold of gmail for anything, they never reply.

After running a full virus scan go to [b'>all [/b'>your online accounts (banks/DEWA ETC) and change all the passwords and log in names. Make sure your computer has not been hacked first though.

Run a virus scan. Delete all cookies and temp internet files and go in and change your password again through the proper channels.

it appeared in red block at the top of my page and even showed a list of times someone was accessing my account?! it said to click on "logout of all sessions" so i did even though I was not logged on anywhere else. it also suggested i chage my password. i never had anything like this on gmail. just started on dubizzle so i hope this is not thru there if even possible Oh dear.

Not much you can do, sounds like the notice was the hack or phishing link. Just hope you didn't have any important or sensitive info in there.
