Yeahi called them and they always said they would get back to me, anyhow, i tried emailing again and got a reply saying they sent the confirmation without a postcode, they have now just this second emailed me back with my booking reference phew i feel happy now :)
Dont worry, they are a real company http://www.traveltrust.co.uk/Default.aspx?tabid=148 and you will be able to get the money back if you need to but have you actually called them? Has your card been debitted?
Anyone used them for hotel bookings etc,
I booked an all inclusive hotel with them for my summer holiday, paid the deposit, had no confirmation and getting no response from them, i dont even have a booking reference i am concerned?
