What is the name of the medication you use for your cats for ringworm? I've been reading threads regarding it and don't want anything that will cause liver damage. Read your reply in one thread that you got something over the counter but didn't list the name. Any advice would be great!

Thanks, Sue. I don't notice any patches on them, but we introduced a new kitty to our home two and a half weeks ago and now I have it. I'm taking both of them to get tested to see if they are carriers or it's just laying dormant but I wanted to be armed with info on medication options before I went to the vet.

the topical med would be Lamisil. That is for a very mild case, ie small patch etc. If it is wider spread, it should be 2x a week bath, and meds by mouth.
