Morning all.

I am making my girls some sugar cookies today. I followed the directions on the packet but the dough is not firm enough to roll.

I have placed the mixture in the fridge for now but does anyone have some suggestions?

I've never made cookies, but have seen some making videos in the past. As far as i understand the dough is not supposed to be firm and you are not supposed to roll it. I've seen them using either an ice cream scooper or 2 spoons to get it on the baking sheets :)
