Me and my husband happened to be of different religious. I'm Muslim. My husband is Cristian.
To our great surprise the problem started when we applied for a birth certificate for our baby.
Though out marriage certificate (issued in my country) has been successfully legalized due to the religious issue a birth certificate can be issued only after Dubai court approval.
We've been there already 4 times. Today we've been told that our case will be transferred to public prosecution.
Does anybody knows how serous it is? Can I really been prosecuted for this marriage?
