My four year old bin lid broke whilst I was cleaning it. I bought it in Spinney's and happened to speak to the manager, when I was in two mornings ago, asking if they could do anything about it. He told me to bring it in and they would speak to the supplier. I got a call yesterday afternoon to say I had a new one ready for pick up. What fantastic service! I didn't even have the receipt or the guarantee. So if yours breaks, its less than ten years old and you bought it in Spinneys then take it back.
