I'll need someone for a small gathering in 2 days. Yes I know, quite soon. Can anyone recommend a good and funny magician for small children 2-4 years old? Many thanks in advance! I hired him during my DD birthday party last year. Highly recommended http://tomymagic.com/

Thanks Holly, but they said it always changes and they don't know who I'm talking about... I tried and might google a bit more. AS, I just rang tumbletime and they sounded really nice. 800 aed for a 30min puppet show and 515 aed for a 30min magician but seems okay price-wise. Thank you so much for this! At this short notice I thought Id have to magic up bunnies myself...

no matter how desperate you get, don't call the dubizzle guy! we were desperate, and thats what we ended up with... would have been better off with no one at all! There's also the place in Festival City (think its fun corner) they have a fantastic philipino magician who comes to you, we've used him twice before however their prices are pretty steep now.

Manda is busy :-( I tried her. Shame... That guy sounds useless, sorry he upset the little ones. Thank you for warning me! I am getting a bit desperate now... I haven't tried them but there's also Flying Elephant who you could cal www.tumbletimedubai.com - this one has been recommended a few times.

There was a brilliant guy at JBR latitudes restaurant for the children during their Saturday brunch. I don't remember his name, but I'm sure the hotel could pass on details.

I've heard that www.mandasmagic.com is very good. I would NOT recommend the guy who advertises himself on Dubizzle as a "professional magician with the best tricks" he was absolutely shocking, had kids @ a party crying as he lit a pigeon on fire (didn't really but kids thought he had) and he was late, finished earlier than he was supposed to and provided a shocking party games person... his tricks were mediocre and he wasn't able to keep the kids attention at all either.... http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=138841 here's a thread with some recommendations when i was looking...
