I wish to change my bank, and was wondering if there was any way of getting through to Citibank. Their call centre phone number works ONLY if you have an existing valid card number. Please help.

I also find this annoying even though I am a Citibank customer! If I need to speak to someone, I always press the lost or stolen card option and then immediately apologise to the person saying that there was no other option on the menu. Citibank's reps are helpful and have more than once told me that they are aware of this issue with the menus being so un-user friendly.
