It was just something i made up on the spur of the moment..... wanted something sweet and had limit choice.
Basically i peeled and diced a granny smiths apple, fried it in some butter, brown sugar and cinamon powder for a few minutes.
Took a samosa wrapper, but a spoon of mixture on one corner and then folded, and kept folding until all wrapped up in a triangle....
Shallow fried in oil on both sides, drained on kitchen paper and seived icing sugar on them.
I guess you could use any filling, minced meat for xmas version ones, mango and cardamom for an indian version..... anything that comes to mind really.
