Made one recently but for my grandaughter. Downloaded picture from the internet, bought fabric in Satwa and made it with the minimum of sewing. Bought a 'club' from a party shop in one of the small malls on Beach Road and she looked great. If you don't sew, any tailor in Satwa will make it for you but you may be able to improvise.
