I have to say she is fabulous

She called me last night at 7.30 to check on Freckles jr. She also had the results of one of his blood tests..his infection levels were over 20 times the norm.

thank you Dr Rita!!! He is well on the road to recovery now.

That is great. It is the job of a doctor to look after patients is it not ? and with infection levels over 20 times the norm I would certainly hope doctors would follow up immediately. Customer service and patient care.
