Our DU TV box suddenly rebooted a couple of hours ago. Since then it keeps resetting every 2 min. Anyone experienced similar problem before? We reported it to DU but based on the feedback people give about DU I'm a bit skeptical about their promise to fix this within two days...

We had this problem and 3 showboxes later it seems to be fixed!!! Apparently it's the software that's the problem so they downloaded the latest onto our new box and fingers crossed it's been fine for the past month!! The technician that came to our house said that loads of people were having problems. Just keep on at them, my husband called and emailed loads of times until it was resolved properly.
