Is Emaar still putting chemicals into the lakers to kill weeds 'and stuff'??? Thereby turning lake water into acid water?

I ask this as there is a duck with her ducklings paddling around in Springs 9 lake. And all I can think of is acid water burning them up :(

Oh no! Does anyone know anyone (who is 'proactive' and 'takes responsibility') in Emaar to ask if they can try 'something else'?

Yes, sadly, i think they do, every once in a while. There were 2 little ducks in the 'lake' in the Greens.. They went missing one day, I can only think they were either killed by some dogs or the acid in the water! :(
