Estate Agencies/Relocation Assistants

As some background: we're moving to Dubai from the UK in February. But in order to help with school selection etc we have planned a quick trip to Dubai in early December.
My question really is, would any estate agent(s) be willing to show us any properties during our trip? We just want to really understand what we can get in our budget and decide whether we prefer an apartment or a villa. Viewing a few properties should help us in our overall decision regarding school etc also (though we will obviously let the school be the main guiding factor)
If you think that is something that we could reasonably expect, would anyone be able to recommend any agents/agencies. There's so many online warnings to be cautious of agents that I thought I would try seeking out any recommendations.
