Hi everyone,
Given the generally appalling standard of customer service in Dubai, I just want to say congratulations to Brunetti for going above and beyond the call of duty this week!
We no longer live in Dubai but I really wanted to send a special cake to a friend there. None of the usual suspects would deliver or allow me to do a bank transfer, but Richard at Brunetti went out of his way to help me out and deliver a special cake.
Given that I'm always the first to complain when I get bad customer service I thought it would only be fair to share my experience of good customer serivce in Dubai! :)
