Depends on what you are looking for a lot of shops send their old stock that was on sale to their shops in the Outlet Mall.
For examples, with the White Company, the sale items which had not all sold were on sale in the OM shop at the same price as during the sale-I checked as I'd bought some items in their sale. Just reread that and it's confusing!
In the Outlet Mall they get stock from stores all over the gulf so there's a pretty good selection in Monsoon etc
