help! who to fix my oven??

My oven has just packed in - gas burners still work as does elec grill but elec fan oven doesn't heat up but fan goes round. It is a La Germania bought from Geant 4 years ago... has had heavy useage from me though! Anyone know who might fix it? I can't reach Geant by phone at the moment.
