Hi!
I've been diagnosed with high cholesterol before pregnancy(TOTAL- 275; HDL-58: LDL-189: TRIG-118: CHOLESTEROL/HDL RATIO- 4.7). Now that my baby is 11-mons old(breastfeed), I am advised to take medication after I recently had my lab test again(TOTAL- 265; HDL-74: LDL-187: TRIG-64; CHOLESTEROL/HDL RATIO- 3.6).

Anyone encountered like this? What did you do about it? Is there any natural effective way you've tried in reducing it? I desire to breastfeed my baby up to 2yrs, so I feel so sad thinking I need to stop it right now :(

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi ricy82, I've always had problems with cholestrol and been diabetic, and when I was pregnant with my youngest son, the doctors said that it was risky for me and that I won't be able to breastfeed him for too long. There's this company in Abu Hail, called Forever Living. They have health consultants there and natural-based products to treat various conditions. You should try going there and consult with one of the specialists, it worked well for my cholestrol levels, and i'll be trying their diabetic treatment soon too
