No problem. It ranges from 2,600 for the lowest month in winter to 5,000 for August . That includes
the housing fee . We have the 5 bed Granada , landscaped corner plot with irrigation and a swimming pool with heater /chiller that is used all year round - but no children ! Hope that helps.

Yes we are still at LTV and love it here . No maintenance issues other than normal wear and tear .
Re the approvals , we moved in three years ago and were some of the very first residents of the entire
estate so were the Guinea **** back then and the landscaping/ swimming pool documentation requirement was quite tortuous ! Now however it appears things are much easier and more relaxed . We are planning
some internal changes / additional glazing to open up the golf course views so can let you know how that
goes . Lots of our neighbors have made significant internal structural changes and they all seem
to have been approved so I would imagine it isn't too difficult to achieve what you want . Provided you pay the fees -this is Dubai after all !
Anything you need to know just ask . As I say we love it here , it is quite a special place .
