Is living in Arabian Ranches accessible if you don’t drive

Hi everyone, my name is Shal and i am moving to Dubai in January with my husband. We are looking at Arabian Ranches or The Lakes, i would really appreciate some advise as to how easy it is to get a taxi from here. I don’t intend to drive and don’t want to feel isolated.

Hi, mostly depends on your life style. You don't have to drive, but bare in mind that everything in Dubai is quite far. You can use bus, taxi or uber. Short answer would be: yes, you can but I will not recommend

Uber / taxis are relatively cheap and the bus service regular. Dubai isn't the easiest city for non-drivers but is getting better
