Hi,

I have a recurrent lower back pain and sciatic nerve problem due to a bulged disc in lower back. Have been to many hospitals, Ayurweda clinics and done many Physio sessions. Nothing worked. Pain is still the same. Cannot walk or sit for a long time. Pain in the back of my left thigh and knee is unbearable during mornings. It's been many months now. Many hospital doctors told me to do a surgery or get epidural injections. Actually spinal surgery really scares me and I have no idea how it will be done in Dubai. So I have now decided to go for Chiropractic treatment or an Osteopathy treatment. Can some one please recommend me a good clinic or a doctor?

Thanks
Niroza

Hi Niroza, I can relate to your post as I have a bulging disc in my neck and so far I haven't really found a cure either. One thing I can recommend for pain management is the Physiotherapy at Orthosports Medical Center in Jumeirah. They use dry needling which has helped me a lot to cope with the pain when it's acute. Please feel free to share if you find a good Chiropractor/ Osteopath as I also haven't tried it yet.
