Have you looked at self help books? My friend tried some and they really helped. I hope it all works out for you. The fact that you're both wanting advice means the spark is definitely still there. Good luck x

Good luck, and sorry to hear of your troubles.
My DH and I have been through quite a lot of heavy emotional stuff over the last few years, none of it to do with our relationship or marriage. But it has really taken it's toll on us. We are still very close and very much in love but the 'physical' side of things are now non existent. We both seem to have lost all appetite. I am concerned that one day I will wake up and feel like I'm married to my brother and vice versa. We have talked about it and agree that perhaps we need some counseling to help deal with the issues that we have endured over recent times.
My question is this - does anyone know, or can recommend someone to us. We are both quite nervous about going down this route but our marriage is too important to us both not to do something about the physical aspect.
For obvious reasons I have set up a new user name for this so I can remain truly anonymous, I hope you understand.
Thanks in advance of any help you wonderful ladies can offer.
