If the guys decide to pray together with one of them as imam it would take 10+ minutes...and all of them would need the washrooms for abulation just before the prayer.

Thank you SO much for your help! The website link is exactly what I have been searching for. How long would each prayer last for? Is 15 minutes plus enough? CycloneT, thank you for your kind words.

Am presuming it's a day agenda you want? Lunch and prayers from 12 - 1.30 pm tea and prayers from 3.45 - 4.30 pm should cover both... Do you need to include Magrib and Isha prayers as well?

Gulf News, as Izzy says, is a good guide. I just wanted to add that I think it is lovely that you are putting this much effort into ensuring that both the event speakers and those attending feel comfortable.

check out Gulf news - they usually have prayer times for the month. Just checked and it only goes up to end of February (http://gulfnews.com/uaessentials/prayer-timings) but you should be able to work it out for the next months or so.... just follow the pattern.

Can someone please help me, I have tried searching the internet, but am concerned that I won't get the right informaton due to the daily time change with the moon. I am organising a large event where I have mostly muslim men. I need to ensure that their prayer times are ample when I draw up the agenda. I do not want to rush anyone, or miss the time. Can someone please tell me what times they would like to pray over the dates from 2nd of March to the 18th of March? How long should I allow for each prayer time to last? I would greatly appreciate your guidance as I would be mortified if I offended anyone at the event. Thanks in advance, Angela.
