You have any idea if the company is still not applied for your health insurance and suddenly you got sick. are they're still responsible to shoulder every expense you did or even they will just give the refund to all you spent?
Do I have the right to ask the refund / or the amount spent?

It depends if your employer agreed to provide insurance to you while appointing. If its in your benefits but the card hasnt yet been applied for then the company should refund whatever you paid.

As far as I know you are entitled for a refund as all employees should have an insurance and is a mandatory. The same happened to me a couple of years ago and I was refunded by my good employer. Hope you too ;)
