Hi All,
Im new to Dubai so please excuse me if this is a silly question. I walk past these beautifully smelling perfume places everywhere and Im desperate to buy some! But I read somewhere that the testers often smell better than what you buy because they have been water down? So Im fearful of being ripped off! My mum has a birthday coming up and she would love some I'm sure - so any advice on places I can trust or should avoid would be really helpful!
