my friend's 4year old son needs to go to help him walk again. tx

The best & cheapest is available in Govt. Hospitals. Rashid Hopsital is one of the best. For a 4yr old, Al Wasl would be better. Please ensure that he has got a health card. Can recommend some Physiotherapists in either of the two places, if required. Let me know.
