Hi guys,
Our contract will end, end of this month. We are currently staying in Discovery Gardens and planning to shift the same place near the stores like Zen / Meditteranean. We are looking for a 1 Bedroom flat. We are targetting a BR flat with 40K and direct from the owner if possible to avoid the expensive agency fee! But of course it has to include A/C and maintenance as we had a bad experience in our current flat. The A/C is now totally shut off, good that the climate is better now and we bought a portable AC just for our baby.
