their branch on Sheikh Zayed Rd, Croqn Plaza side, builidng between Sadaf Restaurnat and Coco's. or you can always order online - there was website - do not rememeber the name - but you can google it - they were selling all the ingrediennts for cheese making even molds etc.

Citric acid is also called "lemon salt"; you can buy it next to the salts in C4, or in little plastic baggies in most supermarkets' spice aisle. I also wanna know about the rennet! Kinda want to make my own mozzarella.
