Sorry I cannot answer you about the rest and relaxation but if you are headed to Thailand and have a day in Bangcock you might consider heading to Bumrumgrad hospital. You can get a full checkup from USA accredited and trained Dr.s for pretty cheap price. I know stress can have all kinds of effects on us and since you are there anyway you might consider it. In the meantime I will ask around about your question as I myself am interested Bangc*ck??????!!!!!! Hopefully just a small innocent typo?

Hi there. I was wondering whether anyone had spent a few days at a retreat in Asia (Singapore, Bali etc). I have had a really bad few months and would like to ake myself for some rest and relaxation. Any suggestions or recommendations would be great. x
