Should I hire a maid in Dubai or hire babysitters from an agency?

We've never hired a maid before so we want to do this the LEGAL way. My two eldest children have left the nest for university. That leaves me, the hubby, and our youngest (11 years old). We're finding ourselves getting busier with lesser time to spend at home, so we're wondering if we should go for a full-time maid to sponsor, or just hire a part-time nanny from a REGISTERED agency in Dubai (to babysit our child for 3 hours every Monday to Friday). We were thinking of a part-time nanny, but then hubby got worried that agencies might give us different babysitters every time so it might make my child uncomfortable from the all the frequent changing. Any thoughts from fellow parents?
