As per my earlier post, I asked my colleague again and he told that the cat he saw if greyish tabby (like a tiger print) with green eyes but she was wearing a collar.. He lives in Meadows 9, if you didn't find her yet, it will be good to distribute leaflets there.

There has been a new medium sized tabby cat without collar around Villa 5 area on Street 3, Meadows 9. Couldnt tell if it was your Malibu or not. Might be a good idea to door knock around there just in case....

MishC, my colleague at work told me yesterday that the night before he found a cat greyish tabby wearing a collar in his garage but she was locked inside one of those small rooms inside the garage (I think the water pump/motor is inside that small room). Anyway sorry I don't have much information as the minute he opened that door, the cat runaway.. She might have been in there for few days :( as the gardener is the only one who uses usually that area.. My colleague freaked out as he is a dog owner and his dog was with him so he couldn't do much for the cat who managed to runaway immediately. Now the NEWS is that he LIVES IN MEADOWS 9, it might be worthy to distribute flyers to all villas in meadows 9 and inform all the gardeners, security and maids that you see there? Maybe it is her..

Sorry hadn't checked back for a while. Had a look at your photos and I don't think it is the same cat, difficult to tell exactly because both are small tabbies. Also haven't seen that little cat around anymore. Would seem strange that yours would be suddenly shaved, so I think it is a different cat. Anyway I will keep a look out, hope Malibu finds her way home soon.

dear animaltreasure Thanks for the concern, but mine has been fixed up 2 yrs ago, so she would not have been shaved unless something else could have happened to her.. I have ads on dubizzle and feline friends and all the vets have copies of the poster.. I live in springs 15 and had a small tabby visit two mornings ago. However I don't want to get your hopes up because this cat didn't have a collar on. It was such a friendly cat and distinctive because her side was shaved as if she had recently been spayed, however no notched ear. Have never seen her in the area before and was obviously owned at some point because she was so friendly; she was hungry and ate all the cat biscuits I gave her. Have been looking out for her but haven't seen her since. It could well be someone new moved into the area but thought I should mention her just in case. Would also suggest putting a photo of Malibu on dubizzle, I have searched FF facebook for a photo but can't find it, probably down in the older posts. If the cat above sounds like it could be yours, let me know and I will give you a more exact location.

cats usually stay in their territory. Knock on all your neighbours doors. Ask them to check in their yard to see if she is hiding. someone might have taken her in. Put poster in your neighbourhood... go out late at night and call her. Put something on the entrance to yur villa that smells ie..blanket, tshirt something she would be familiar with.

Hi SueB I have made a poster that I have put in the pet shop at the Spinneys Town Centre, will put another up in the spinneys itself, I see they have a section now. I have also posted her pic and a message on the feline friends FB page and the JAV FB page. Today i was driving around the meadows looking for her, tomoro i will be driving through springs 14 to look for her. Thanks, appreciate any help.
