Hi Ladies,

I want to do something fun for my upcoming bday...

Something under the 250 AED mark...either a fun brunch or an all you can eat & drink deal.

Not rowdy but good fun for a large young group.

ideas?

If you have the fine dining entertainer book then the Anise Brunch at the Intercontinental would work out at just under 250 aed per head inc booze. We went for my Dh birthday 2 weeks ago and it was the best brunch we have ever gone to. The food was amazing, the wine, beer and cocktails amazing, and the band were amazing, had a little dance and then they played happy birthday for my DH with the saxaphone player at our table. :) Just to add it was not rowdy at all, a really nice bunch of people....no very young, drunk groups being loud etc. You can really dress up. edited by Hotpot on 07/02/2011

Pergolas for brunch is great. Probably in my top 3... But its a kind of "make your own fun" as there isn't music. If you choose there, sit outside....Inside is a bit "quiet".. The Talk I have been to a few times and whilst the food is superb, the last time we went the service was ridiculously slow, and the ambiance was..well...Bland!

The Grand Grill at Grand Habtoor is always good fun. Or Double Deckers at Murooj Rotana??? The former being about AED 280 and latter AED160?
