Hey Ladies, I have entered a competition in Australia and one of the conditions is the following "Entry to this competition is open to Australian residents", at the moment I am currently a resident in Dubai but I hold an Australian Citizenship, so am I still classified as an Australian resident to enter this competition???

It is very possible that you have dual residency under the new taxation laws. You just might qualify!
