There is a stray kitten hanging around our villa, should I do anything or just ignore it?
Hi,
We have had a stray kitten hanging around our villa in the Ranches for about 3 months now. At first it was tiny and extrememly skinny, I would only see it very occasionally, maybe once a week. I then didn't see it for about 3 weeks. When it showed up again it was looking alot healthier, still obviously a stray as it was very timid but it looked as though it was getting food from somewhere.
It is very friendly with my cat and is often hanging around playing with him. Lately it is around everyday, usually if my cat has been out and comes back the kitten is with him or sometimes I just see him sitting by my kitchen window or the back door.
It has started to be not as timid and often when my children our playing in the garden he will let them approach it (him, think it's boy). And this morning he cried at my back door for about 5 minutes, this was a first because usually he would just sit there for a few minutes and then leave.
Should I be doing anything about the kitten or just ignore it?
It doesn't really bother me but just a bit worried it is getting a bit too familiar with us and we are leaving Dubai in about 3 months.
