I had the same problem and had to re-register. When I checked back, I had recieved an email advising me that due to 18 months inactivity on my account they were cancelling it. That would explain it! Have just reregistered, thanks all for the reminder / advice

Tried to do it and got locked out saying I was putting in invalid password when I knew I wasn't but will try to re register. Thanks for the reminder. I always have the same problem trying to register... Not sure what to do!
