I've been to see them. It is a half built enormous complex, stratching what looks like for miles. There will be a lot of constuction for quite some time after you move in there I would imagine. I have to say, the houses were absolutley astounding, magnificent!!! For around 130 -140 you can get a 5 bedroom villa with a private pool and the villa is exceptional quality. It was actually quite unbelievable. THE CATCH! You are really in the middel of the desert! They really are in the middle of nowhere and far too far out for us to even consider living out there. That was the only downside. If you don't mind getting in the car for a long drive no matter where you are going, then these villas were beautiful. haha there not in the middle of nowhere. I find it alot easier to get to places from here than when i lived in the springs 3 years ago. There is no traffic in or out. 15 min to mirdiff city centre 15 min to dubai mall down the al ain rd. 20 min to festival city. 5 min to dso spinneys or 10 min to motorcity spinneys. all quicker to get to than if u live in the springs or the ranches. My friend lives on the palm and thought we lived to far our but it takes her 30 min to dubai mall and other places and 20 min to get to the springs in the morning what with traffic and traffic lights etc. In phase 1 its all nearly completed all the landscaping is 90 % done playgrounds are avalible as well. Where ever u live in dubai u have to drive somewhere 15 min or so. and yes the villas are lovely well to dubai standards anyway.

I live here and love it.... and don't feel like I am in the middle of nowhere, just depends what you are used to I guess. It's great as I am in the middle of both ends of town, MCC, Festival City 20 mins and MOE, Madinat area the same.. Motor City for Spinneys or the one about to open at DSO... There will be alot of construction going on, so you will need to pick your phase carefully...
