I found my oat bran in Waitrose. Hodgsons Mill brand for dhs12.50. I actually quite like it with my yoghurt! Its the closest taste I get to carbs! Lol! Oh,what I would give to eat a potato.....

i got my oatbran in a lulu express shop - very high up on the shelves so looks a little unpopular but they def had it!! not too bad in taste but i'm only on day two of attack so was a welcome addition to meat and eggs!!! forgot to stock up on it before so felt like a real treat. Ahhh I remember the days when a choccy bar was a treat - now, its oat bran. very sad! :)

Oh I thought that I am confused but thanks God I wasn't. Organics has the Oat Bran but their branch in Greens is out of stock and will be available there after 2 days. It seems that all ladies in Dubai are on the Dukan! Oat Brans, I purchased mines today from Choitram, where they keep the Quacker, at the bottom they have the Oat Bran and it is written on the bag and box Oat Bran. I also found sugarfree syrup, brand "Cary's"

You can find oat bran in Géant IBN BATTUTA or in Dr Nutrition shops but in caps;)

They're not the same. If you're doing the Dukan, you must get oatbran. You should be able to find it in the organic shop. They sometimes sell it in spinneys, but seems they have more wheatbran.
