one friend told me to buy for her and bring her to america the eye liner of se* and the city 2 haha i saw on internet and is a kohl eyeliner, any ideas where i can get it?, i dont know if i can find it on the souk, or in some malls?

My cousin swears that the Kohl eyeliner made by Himalaya Herbals (about dhs 19) in a plastic push-up tube is even better than the MAC one or the Surati Hashmi one (this old skool brand that has a niqabi lady on the red and yellow packet). C4 or Hyperpanda or Union Coop would have it.

You mean the one that comes in a brass pot with a stick to paint it on?
