Hi,
I bought an amazing outfit from Bebe. I'ts a top and skirt made of 51% viscose and 49% nylon and is hand washable. I wanted to know if this type of fabric combination can be dyed and where i can take it for the dyeing process in Dubai. It's white and i want to dye it orange. Thanks for your recommendations.
