So - I have my brother coming over Mid April and I am looking for ideas to fill his time. He is on a really tight budget so I am quite limited as most things I thought of seem to cost a fortune...
I was looking at the website for Yas Marina Circuit and they have a Pro Drag Racing Series on at the end of April. Has anyone been to something like this at Yas? It makes no mention of how to buy tickets (30 AED) - can you just buy tickets at the entrance. Do you think it is suitable to visit with 3 children in tow (he has 1 boy age 5 and I will take my eldest two)? Is there anything else to do there (food available etc) as I think the kids might not enjoy sitting watching cars go round for more than an hour?
On the same sort of note can you recommend anything else we could do:
So far I have;
Trip to Hatta Pools (on a weekday), Mushrif Park, Local beaches, Dubai Fountains, snorkelling at Snoopy Rock
Are there any events on from mid April to 5th May? at say places like the autodrome, horse clubs??
Really want him to have a nice, busy time as he has been saving up for this holiday for 2 years !!!
