Be one of the first to enjoy the new Dubai Canal as you glide along the waterway in a traditional abra or dhow

It was announced this week that traditional abras are now available to ride in on the Dubai Canal. The Roads and Transport Authority shared the new service, provided by the Marine Transport Department, in an effort to expand the Emirate's tourist services... Which, of course, we're very excited about.
While it may cater mainly to tourists, there's nothing stopping residents from enjoying a smooth-sail down the new waterway that has altered Dubai's landscape considerably.
For just a few Dirhams, you can enjoy a short ride down the Dubai Canal. But if you're seeking an experience that's longer, or want a perfect way to treat your family or guests, these two deals on Cobone will no doubt great for you.
60 or 90 minute abra ride from AED 65
Plus, with parking available at Festival City Mall, you can drive to the starting point and hop on for an unforgettable ride on a traditional abra.
The deal is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, and can be used daily. Except on public holidays. Timings are 11am to 11pm, with boats departing every 2 hours on the hour.
