Why Dubai is the Perfect Instagram Spot

You might be thinking, "yeah, yeah, you're biased because you live there", but we assure you, it's quite simply fact that Dubai is the perfect place to capture and share on anyone's Instagram feed. 

Anyone following #MyDubai on the social media platform will quickly realise just how true our statement is; it always comes down to the bigger, the better in our beloved sandpit, and there's plenty to capture on your smartphone to share with friends and family.

Of course, Burj Khalifa, the crown jewel of the UAE is a top-thing to snap, but the Khalifa isn't the only building, place or even thing that should be favourited to take snaps of here in Dubai. There's plenty of fantastic subjects to take full advantage of for your Instagram feed.

Camels and other exotic animals

Of course, it's quite easy to snap a picture of everyone's favourite camel across the UAE. Whether you're driving down Al Ain road, or seeking an adrenaline rush on a desert safari, or lazing on JBR beach, you're bound to spot the sand dweller. 

Lots and lots of buildings

We bet you could artistically capture every single building here in Dubai for the perfect Instagram picture. You just need the clear blue sky, an awkward angle and you're good to go.

The classic stuff is most often better

With a history like the UAE's, it's no wonder that places like the souks, Dubai Museum and the Dubai Heritage and Diving Villages are built perfectly for a nostalgic Instagram snap.

There's plenty of sand and sunshine

We're 100% sure that anyone who lives in Dubai, or the UAE in fact, who has Instagram most definitely has one of these recognisable pictures and poses. We love our deserts, we do! Not forgetting the beautiful sunsets we get to experience every day while living here, they most definitely serve as the perfect picture.

We have lots of water to make backdrops

Whether it's the Dubai fountains, or the open ocean, or Dubai Marina, there's plenty of aqua to make the perfect pristine backdrop to any snap.
