If you’ve been accumulating those fines to pay by the end of the year
Wait no more – because you can now pay them in instalments throughout the year.
Another bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), is now allowing motorists to pay their traffic fines in three, six, nine or 12-month instalments with no interest rates.
Dubai Police has partnered up with CBD to help drivers pay off their fines in the emirate and to help facilitate customer transactions.
A minimum amount to be paid each month must be over AED500, however, motorists can choose between different instalments of different lengths.
This isn’t the first bank to partner up with Dubai Police to help implement payment in instalments.
Back in January, the Dubai Islamic Bank also allowed drivers in Dubai to pay their fines via instalments in the emirate.

It’s always advised to speak with a representative of your bank to better understand the instalments required to pay off your traffic fines.
