The Greens / The Views

These apartment complexes are located just off the Sheikh Zayed Road, on the opposite side from Dubai Media City and Knowledge Village, next to the Emirates Golf Course. The apartments here are in a great Dubai location, handy for the beach, restaurants and malls (Mall of Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall).

Apartments in The Greens, Dubai, are very popular with expats.

The first apartment blocks built were all low rise and four buildings share a common area with children’s playground, basketball court, swimming pool (with lifeguard), gym and grassed BBQ area.

The Views are a mixture of high and low rise. Apartments here look out on The Views waterway or the Emirates Golf Course.

The Views as a slightly more luxurious version of The Greens. with a mixture of high-rise and low-rise apartment blocks, The Views residents have access to swimming pools, gyms, sport courts, play areas, underground and covered parking, 24-hour security, barbeque areas, neighbourhood shopping areas.

Balconies & Views
The apartments themselves all have balconies with various views depending on which way you are facing – Street, Pool View or Garden view, and the Golf course .

Quality
The fixtures and fittings in the apartments are good quality, and the apartment buildings and the car park are all key card accessed for residents only and they also offer 24 security.

The Greens / The Views Community
As The Greens is now well established there is a nice community feel to the neighbourhood. The Greens Village shopping centre offers a supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, drycleaners, bookstore, DVD rental and a beauty salon.

It’s only a 5 or 10 minute walk from any of the buildings in the area and it really comes alive in the evening and weekends. It’s a popular place for residents to head down in the evening as all the restaurants and cafes have outdoor seating (no alcohol served).  The Emaar business park opposite the Village offers Starbucks, Pizza restaurants and the Organic Café and Supermarket.

There are nice walking paths between the buildings if you want to stroll or walk your dog. Animals are generally welcome in The Greens although it does depend on your landlord!

Generally you get one undercover car park for a Studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom and two with a 3 Bedroom. Taxis generally move around The Greens quiet frequently but they can be hard to find in the morning and on the weekends.
